New Owner Celebration
On Thursday July 23rd, 2015, Max Paul’s Ardmore Toyota hosted another successful New Owner Celebration for new Toyota owners. Customers were treated to a wonderful deli-style buffet dinner from Hymies Deli in Merion, PA. New owners had the opportunity to meet Service Directors, George Davis and Chuck Bradshaw from Ardmore and Central City Toyota respectively. Jamie Haberle, General Manager of Central City Toyota, was the guest emcee for the evening and had the new Toyota owners laughing and enjoying the fun while learning about their new Toyota’s. Technicians Gerard, Ian and TJ as well as technology genius Dario were on hand answering customers questions. Customers even had the opportunity to meet Max Paul at the Celebration, as Max stopped by to thank the customers for their business and continued loyalty.

Max Paul Park Reading Day

It was a hot day on Tuesday, July 21st at Max Paul Park on 46th & Market, but that didn’t stop dozens of children and their families from visiting the park to enjoy an afternoon snack and drinks prior to the first ever book reading at Max Paul Park. Children and parents in attendance were treated to a book reading by Nahjee Grant.
Nahjee read his book “Newie-Big City Dreams” to the children. Also, on behalf of Ardmore Toyota and Central City Toyota and The Enterprise Center, children left with a signed copy of Nahjee’s book titled “Believe in yourself: A Mirror of Hope.”

Third Annual Sojourner Truth Walk
Our team had the honor of sponsoring the Third Annual Sojourner Truth Walk last month! Our team assisted in helping the attendees surpass their goal and raise $21,000 to send 65 Philly girls to Camp Sojourner this summer and offer free arts and leadership programs year-round. More than 170 people walked together in the streets and spreading positive images of girls’ and women’s leadership throughout West Philadelphia, highlighting social justice activists from Sojourner Truth to the present.

On Monday June 1st, 2015, Max Paul’s Central City Toyota hosted the University City District and its entire staff for the annual “University City District Appreciation Day” at Central City Toyota. Over 100 employees attended the luncheon and enjoyed a catered lunch from Hymies Deli in Marion.

New Owner Celebration
On Thursday May 14th, Max Paul’s Ardmore Toyota & Central City Toyota hosted another successful New Owner Celebration. New Car owners were educated on the maintenance and technology by Assistant General Manager Jamie Haberle and Ardmore Service Director Ivan Loi. In addition, Lead Technicians Carmelo Robles and TJ Wagner were on hand to show customers different features on their vehicle and under the hood. Technology geniuses Dario McCollin and Jared Bell did refresher courses on the different parts of technology including Navigation, Entune, Bluetooth and more. Thank you to Elaine Gillison and Bernadette Porreca for helping to put on a successful New Owner Celebration and setting up a wonderful dinner of appetizing cold cuts from Hymies Deli. The June 2015 Consumer Reports listed the Top 10 vehicles that will most likely last 200,000 miles and more. Toyota has 5 out of 10 vehicles on the list. Consumer Reports says the choices are based on results of its annual research survey, which encompasses responses on 1.1-million vehicles.

Toyota Camry tops list of best-value new cars


The Toyota Camry Hybrid is the best overall value for the automotive dollar, according to Consumer Reports’ annual new-car value rankings.
Consumer Reports calculated that the Camry Hybrid earned the highest value score of 2.01, which indicates consumer dollars go about twice as far with this car than they do with the average-value car. The Camry Hybrid (tested price $29,000) is affordable for the impressive fuel economy, roominess, comfort, and all-around functionality it delivers. The Camry Hybrid costs a very reasonable 52 cents per mile to operate and has a predicted reliability score of “excellent.”
Prius Liftback also makes the list as best overall Compact!
Highlander is best overall Midsize SUV.

Ardmore Toyota & Central City Toyota are giving out Blarney Stuffed Animals to give out to our customers’ children here at the dealerships when they visit our Sales & Service Departments!
Blarney represents a donation made on behalf of our companies in support of seriously ill children who are staying at the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House.
