On Friday June 27th, 2014 the lucky winner of the Toyota Motor Sales, USA (Central Atlantic Toyota) 2014 Toyota Corolla Valentine’s Day Giveaway Promotion picked up her new Car. Ardmore Toyota would like to congratulate Paulette on winning the grand prize…A 3 Year Lease of a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE Plus!
The promotion was highlighted by direct mail and online marketing primarily focused on Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, Washington DC and Virginia. The winner was randomly selected from eligible entries from nearly 90 participating dealerships. Ardmore Toyota hosted a breakfast celebration where all the employees of Ardmore Toyota were on hand to celebrate & congratulate Paulette and her family. Almost a dozen members of Central Atlantic Toyota were also on hand including the head of Service & Parts Operations for Central Atlantic Toyota.

While you’re celebrating the Fourth of July on Friday, you can be proud to know that Toyota’s commitment to American-made products is stronger than ever.
Toyota dominated Cars.com’s 2014 American-Made Index, which rates the top 10 cars “built and bought in the U.S.” Toyota placed four cars in the top 10, including Camry which leads the list of cars on the index, and ranks second overall. That’s more than the Detroit Three: Ford, General Motors and Chrysler, which placed only one car each in the top 10.
The list factors percentage of domestic parts, along with U.S assembly and U.S. sales.

Sojourner Truth Walk
We were happy to support the 2nd Annual Sojourner Truth Walk Celebrating Girl’s and Women’s Leadership! The event happened on Saturday, April 26th, and we were glad to be a part of and contribute to such a great cause.
The walkathon is named in honor of Sojourner Truth, an African-American woman who escaped slavery and then fought to end it, while also speaking out for women’s rights and economic justice. She, along with many others, has served as an inspiration and role model for generations to come. We are walking in her footsteps!

Twilight Run and Walk
Ardmore Toyota and Central City Toyota were happy to be a sponsor of the Twilight Run 5K! We had a booth where the 2014 Scion FR-S and xB were displayed, and we offered free branded giveaways in exchange for consumers to take photos of themselves with the cars and post it to their social media pages!

According to the 2014 J.D. Power and Associates Customer Service Index (CSI) study, maintenance packages have become more prevalent and contribute to high service experience and loyalty.
The success of ToyotaCare, and its no-cost maintenance plan, helped the Toyota brand achieve an overall CSI score of 801 on a 1,000-point scale, up 21 points from last year’s study, pushing Toyota up to 6th place among non-premium brands.
The 2014 CSI Study is based on responses from owners and lessees of 2011-2013 model-year vehicles. The study examines satisfaction among vehicle owners who visit a service department for maintenance or repair work during the first three years of new-vehicle ownership, which typically represents the majority of the vehicle warranty period. Five measures are examined to determine overall customer satisfaction with dealer service (listed in order of importance): service quality; service initiation; service advisor; service facility; and vehicle pick-up.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recently bestowed high ratings on a pair of Toyota staples.
The 2014 Camry, built after Dec. 13, 2013, earned a 5-star overall rating, the highest rating given by NHTSA. The 2014 Tundra CrewMax earned a 4-star overall rating.
NHTSA measures frontal, side and rollover crashworthiness as part of its New Car Assessment Program.
